Runbooks: what to do, written in advance

A Runbooks page per project, in the Operations group: one procedure per kind of failure — the site stops responding, payment breaks, the certificate expires — or for any incident, its steps, three templates to start with. In each incident concerned, the checklist is ticked in one gesture and keeps who did what, when.
