1. Publisher
These terms of sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the PostShip service, published by a sole trader whose identity is given in the legal notice. They complement the Terms of use and apply to every paid subscription.
2. Plans and prices
PostShip offers a free plan and paid plans, Pro, Team et Agence. The detail of the plans, their limits and their prices in euros is available on the Pricing page, the only up-to-date reference.
3. Payment and duration
Payment is handled by our provider Stripe. Subscriptions Pro et Team are billed monthly or yearly, at your choice, with automatic renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal (Billing page), without commitment or notice; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period.
4. Performance of the service
Access to the features of the subscribed plan is enabled immediately after Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
PostShip being digital content/a digital service provided immediately: by requesting access as soon as you subscribe, you expressly consent to this immediate performance and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal for the part of the service already performed. In practice:
- The share of the subscription corresponding to the period not yet used remains refundable if the withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of the purchase.
Commercial “money-back” guarantee — independently of this legal right, and whether you are a consumer or a professional, the first payment of a subscription (monthly or yearly) is fully refundable for 30 days from its collection, on simple request from the Help page or by email, without justification. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days and ends the subscription. This guarantee applies once per account.

6. Mediation
The contact details of the consumer mediator will be published as soon as we join a mediator listed by the French Commission for the evaluation and control of consumer mediation (CECMC).
7. Applicable law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, who keep the benefit of the courts of their place of residence.
8. Changes to the terms of sale
We may change these terms of sale; any substantial change will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
