Complete legal documents

Terms of use, terms of sale, privacy, cookies and legal notice, rewritten as proper contracts you can actually read.

PostShip has been published by a registered sole trader since 24 September 2026. Its five legal texts were rewritten the way a contract is written: complete, precise, and still readable in one go.

What you'll find

  • Terms of use: definitions, workspaces and members, API and CLI, acceptable use, data processed on your behalf, liability, suspension, force majeure.
  • Terms of sale: prices, ordering step by step, renewal, changing plan, online cancellation, the right of withdrawal with its form, legal guarantees and when refunds apply.
  • Privacy policy: one table per subject — the data, its purpose, its legal basis, how long it is kept, the providers and their country — and each of your rights, with how to exercise it yourself.
  • Cookies: every tracker, its technical name, its duration and its basis, with your settings at the bottom of the page.
  • Legal notice: the publisher, the host, the contacts, and how to report unlawful content.

Each text opens with in short: five lines in plain language.

Made to be read

A menu on the left, as in the documentation, lists the five documents and the articles of the one you are reading; it follows your reading and stays in place when you move from one document to another. Articles are numbered, cross-references between articles are links, and each page prints or saves as a PDF without the site around it.
