Documentation that answers

Twenty-four pages checked against the app, a search that suggests before you type, and your feedback at the bottom of each page.

The documentation had 99 pages, sometimes for three paragraphs. It now has 24: each old page became a section of the one that took it over, and its old addresses still lead there.

Checked against the app

Every menu path, every button mentioned and every plan limit was checked in the app, in French and in English. The three plans are described as they are: what Discover, Pro and Pro Plus include, and from which plan a feature opens.

Find, then read

  • Search suggests pages as soon as it opens, and also searches within sections.
  • The contents on the left keep several sections open at once.
  • On the right, “On this page” follows your reading: a line slides to the current section, and a heading you click lands right under the header.
  • Diagrams in the theme's colours, light and dark, show a deploy, a payment journey, a rollback or a status page.

Your feedback

At the bottom of each page: “Did this page help?”. After yes or no, an optional field opens to say what helped, or what is missing. Every piece of feedback reaches the team as it is, and the pages that disappoint are revised first.
