Status page
Your customers know without writing to you
A page at your address, in your colours, that says what works and what doesn't — and says it on its own, because the checks are what write it.
“On the day of the outage, I spent more time replying than repairing.”
A status page you have to update by hand is never up to date on the day it matters: you're busy with something else.

How it works
01Written by the checks
Every line on the page is a URL or a check PostShip monitors.
02At your address, in your colours
status.yourdomain.com, your logo, your tint, your welcome sentence.
03Your customers subscribe
A field on the page; they leave their address and receive the opening and the resolution of each incident — never anything else.
04And you add the human touch
From the incident room, a sentence for your customers — “we're on it, back within the hour” — published on the page in one click.
What we're often asked
What if I don't want to show all my URLs?
Each line can be made visible or not, independently of monitoring. Many only publish three lines — home, login, checkout — and keep the rest to themselves.
What happens if PostShip itself goes down?
The page is served from infrastructure separate from yours, and our own status is public. Silence isn't reassuring: it's verifiable.
Is it available on the free plan?
Yes, at postship.fr/s/your-name. The custom domain and removing the mention come with the paid plans.
Paste your site's URL. PostShip checks it in front of you, no account and no card.
