An Accessibility page per project, in the Quality group: axe-core on the HTML of the home page and of each monitored URL, once a day and after each deployment. A score per page, each defect with the HTML excerpt of the offending element and the link to the rule, the score over time. Without rendering or contrast — what the served HTML already says.
