Alerts
Emails redone, at every step
Alerts, receipts and account messages come from PostShip, share one design, and display properly in every mail app.
An alert email is often read on a phone, between two things. It has to say the essential in the subject line, and display everywhere.
One design
Alerts, recovery, the monthly report, the sign-in code, status page subscribers: every email shares the same design, the state in colour, readable figures, no frames, in Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook alike — right down to iPhone, where the logo and banner used to be empty squares. The banner weighs fourteen times less and arrives straight away.
From PostShip
“First Last via PostShip” at the top of the inbox read like a personal message: everything comes from PostShip, and the signature at the bottom keeps the name of whoever set up the alert.
At every step of your account
PostShip writes to you when the account is created, with the first step to take. Every payment has its receipt and invoice link — the first one, each renewal, each plan change. You are told when a cancellation is recorded or undone, when a payment is declined, when a refund goes out and when a subscription ends. One email per event, never two. And changing your email address is confirmed on both sides: a link goes to the old address and to the new one.
