Client portal
Your sites grouped by client, and for each one a read-only tracking page, in your brand, opened by a link: status, availability, the status page and the report — nothing else.

On this page
A project's client link (Settings → Team and access) shows one site. The Client portal (workspace menu → Client portal) shows a client all their sites at once, on a page in your brand, with no account to create and nothing of your business: neither your other clients, nor your settings, nor your billing.
What PostShip does
One client, their sites, one link
A client has a name, a contact if you want, and a list of sites among those of the workspace. On creation, PostShip mints a link — postship.fr/portail/psc_… — and shows it once: the database keeps only its fingerprint, as for API keys. Copy it, send it. Fifty clients per workspace.
The client's page
Your brand's name and logo at the top (workspace settings), the client's name, then: the average availability of their sites over thirty days, the number of sites in incident, and site by site the live state, availability, the last check, and — when public — the status page and the availability report. No button, no setting: a reading.
Renew, pause
“Renew the link” mints a new token and switches the old one off right away — for a link that circulated, a contractor who changed. Pausing makes the link answer “not found” without erasing anything; resuming switches it back on. The link does not expire by itself: it is a client's permanent portal. It also goes dark if the workspace leaves the Agency plan.
A client's sites change
Tick or untick their sites and save: the client's page changes on the next visit, with no new link.
Settings
On the page: create a client, their sites, renew the link, pause, delete. The portal's brand is the workspace's.
What triggers an alert
Nothing: the portal shows, it does not warn. Subscribers of each site's status page keep being notified as before.

Troubleshooting
The link answers “not found”
The client is paused, the link was renewed, or the workspace is no longer on Agency. The portal never says which: a token tried at random has nothing to learn.
I lost the link
It cannot be recovered: renew it, and send the new one.
The page does not show a site's status page
It is not published, or not yet: publish it from the project (Public → Status page). Same for the report (Public → Shareable report).
