A project's monthly report (see Monthly report) goes out on the 1st to addresses given project by project. Scheduled reports (workspace menu → Scheduled reports) are the same gesture at the agency's scale: one email for several sites, every week or every month, in your colours, with the trace of everything sent.
What PostShip does
One report, several sites
A report has a name, a frequency, a list of sites — or all those of the workspace, including those created later — and up to ten recipients. The email says, for each site: availability (the share of successful checks), the number of checks, incidents with their duration, production deployments. At the top, the summary: average availability weighted by checks, total incidents. Twenty reports per workspace.
Every Monday, or every 1st
Weekly: Monday after 8 am, in your timezone, for the past Monday-to-Sunday week. Monthly: the 1st after 8 am, for the past calendar month. A report goes out once per period, even if PostShip passes again. The page shows the next send.
In your brand
If the workspace has set its brand (name and logo, in the workspace settings), the email carries it instead of PostShip; otherwise it is signed PostShip. It goes out in the name of the workspace owner, and replying writes to them.
The attached PDF
Each send carries the same summary as a PDF, in the workspace's brand: one page or several, site by site, with incidents. It is the file the client files, prints or forwards; the email is its readable summary without opening it.
The preview
“Send me a preview” composes the past period's report — email and PDF — and sends it to your address only, right away: you see what your clients will receive before the deadline.
The archive
Each send leaves a line: the period, the send date, the recipients, the sites and their availability, and the PDF to download again. Removing a report removes its archive.
Settings
On the page: schedule (name, frequency, sites, recipients), pause or resume, send a preview, remove. A paused report keeps its settings and does not go out.
What triggers an alert
Nothing: a report is an appointment, not an alert.

Troubleshooting
The report did not go out on Monday
Sending waits for 8 am in your account's timezone, and PostShip's first pass after that. Also check that the report is not paused, that it has recipients, and that the workspace is on Agency.
A site is missing from the report
The report lists the sites ticked at its creation; a site added later is not in it, unless the report targets “all sites of the workspace”. Remove and recreate the report to change the list.
The average availability does not look like the average of the sites
It is weighted by the number of checks: a site checked every minute weighs more than a site checked every hour.
